What the warranty covers

Every product page states its warranty period — usually 6 months or 1 year. During that period we replace any unit that fails from a manufacturing defect.

What it does not cover

• Physical damage — cuts, crushing, bent connectors.
• Liquid ingress.
• Normal cosmetic wear.

Claiming

Send your order number and a short video of the problem to us on WhatsApp. Most claims are approved the same day, and a replacement ships free.
