Return & Refund Policy

14-day returns

You may return most products within 14 days of delivery for a refund or replacement, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

How to start a return

1. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number — the number is in the footer of every page.
2. We arrange a reverse pickup at no cost to you where the pin code is serviceable.
3. Once the item reaches us and passes inspection, the refund is issued within 5-7 working days.

What cannot be returned

• Screen protectors once the film has been applied.
• Products damaged by misuse, liquid or unauthorised repair.
• Items returned without their original box and accessories.

Refund method

Refunds go back to the original payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders we refund by bank transfer to an account you nominate.
