Cancellation Policy

You can cancel an order yourself from My Account → Orders at any time before it is packed. Once a parcel is handed to the courier it can no longer be cancelled, but you can refuse delivery or use the 14-day return process.

Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full within 5-7 working days.

We may cancel an order ourselves if the product is out of stock or the delivery address is not serviceable. You will always be told why, and refunded in full.
